Aged Care Management
Everyone has a story to tell when it comes to aged care, and the people behind DnA Management Consulting are no exception.
Formed in 2015, our company is the culmination of many years of personal and professional experience – and sometimes, frustration – of leading transformational executives primarily dedicated to building best-practice aged care operations in Australia’s aged care sector.
Our experience extends across all aspects of aged care, which includes a comprehensive nursing perspective, meaning we know how to tackle the particular challenges of aged care operations in a holistic manner from the ground up. We never forget where your secret weapon lies: in your people.
Since the inception of DnA Management Consulting, we’ve used the ongoing deregulation of aged care and rapid consolidation of operators as an opportunity to assist small to medium Approved Providers in reaching a potential that may have been previously unachievable, either financially or logistically.
Our intention is to join you – the Approved Provider – in making your desired aged care model of care a reality while never losing sight of what we’re all here for: enabling older, vulnerable Australians – of all creeds and ethnicities – to experience the very best quality of life and care.
“Our interest lies in providing high quality care and services, strong business performance and reduced risk through our aged care management.”
